Born and raised in Los Angeles, Richard migrated to Oregon as a young man in the mid 70’s. After years of owning a Windermere Real Estate office, he decided to sell his company and step away. But Richard discovered he was not quite ready for full retirement. Attracted by several business friends at The Agency Realtors, now Corcoran Prime, he made the move to join the company. It’s a perfect fit. Richard brightens up a room wherever he goes and he will make a negotiation process as seamless as possible. In his off time, he enjoys traveling home to Southern California or abroad in Europe. He’s a big fan of the theatre and enjoys taking his grandsons along. He makes staying fit fun by walking 100 miles a month. And digging in his garden he developed a self-educated love for preserving flower varieties native to the Pacific Northwest. Richard is clearly a rennaisance man!
