With a real estate career that has spanned over 20 years, Suze has been helping people upsize and downsize, relocate internationally from east to west. She arrived in Portland from London 25 years ago and completely understands the stress of needing to get to grips with a city quickly in order to find the right architecture, neighborhood or school that fits you. She has lived all over Europe and all over Portland, in old homes and new homes. There's not much that she don't know about the process. When the real estate market changed in 2008, so did Suze by going back to school to hone her interior design skills. She spends a lot of time helping clients see the possibilities – how a master bathroom could be created by repositioning walls or extending a kitchen by maximizing the existing wasted space. She can see the potential in a home, sometimes it’s as simple as suggesting color and texture or knowing where a load bearing wall most likely is.
